  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and maintain efficient collaboration systems, such as Jira, Confluence, or Slack, to streamline communication and project management
  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, within the marketing team to enhance productivity, adaptability, and delivering value to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Plan and coordinate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring team participation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to optimize workflow.
  • Continuously assess and improve marketing processes using LEAN principles, eliminating waste and maximizing value creation.
  • Train and coach team members on Agile and LEAN methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Assist in managing the marketing backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value and resource availability.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of documentation, such as user stories, product backlogs, and process workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile and LEAN methodologies, and propose improvements to the marketing team’s processes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
  •  3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role, with a focus on implementing collaboration systems and Agile methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and LEAN principles, with proven experience in their practical application.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams towards a common goal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
