  • Assist the CMO in developing, communicating and executing marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the CMO.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including creative, digital, and product marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in budget management, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Help in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
